This pasta recipe brings me back to all-day-long volleyball tournaments when I was in high school. This dish is sustainable and deeelish! Our Red Wine Vinaigrette is the healthy version of your typical Italian dressing but we use fresh ingredients, use clean, non gmo, local canola oil, leaving you with a vinaigrette that tastes so fresh, like you just made it yourself!

Ingredients
- 1 pound penne, macaroni, bowties, or shell pasta boiled and cooled
- 2 organic zucchini diced
- 1 organic tomato (or cherry/grape tomatoes) diced (or halved if cherry/grape variety)
- 1 red pepper diced
- 1 small organic white onion diced
- 1.5 cups The Redheads Red Wine Vinaigrette
