Protein Marinade Recipe
  • 1 pound protein (chicken, tofu, steak, shrimp, etc…)
  • 1/3cup The Redheads Outstanding Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • *1/3cup water*optional to make your Balsamic Vinaigrette stretch
  1. Put your protein in a bowl or gallon size zip lock bag and pour The Redheads Balsamic Vinaigrette over top your protein. If using water, add it as well. Try to make sure your protein is submerged as much as possible, but don’t worry if it’s not completely covered.
  2. Allow to marinate for as short or long as you like, aiming for at least 20 minutes. Marinating for longer will allow the marinade to soak into the meat more thoroughly.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees, sautee over medium heat, or grill to desired temperature. If baking or sauteeing, feel free to cook protein with marinade by pouring marinade right into pan.
  4. Serve with favorite vegetable or on top of one of our award winning salads!
