Maple Granola & Fresh Fruit Parfait

  • 3 cups organic grass fed yogurtplain or vanilla – we like to use plain and then add any flavor we want with our own real vanilla or maple syrup or honey
  • 3cups fresh berries and/or pineapple, peaches, etc…use what’s in season from your local farm stand, backyard, farmers market, or co-op when possible.
  • 1.5cups TR Maple Granolayou can use more or less according to preference
  • 4tall glassesfor serving!
  1. Slice fruit if necessary to create bite sizes, i.e. strawberries, pineapple, peaches, etc…
  2. Layer 1/3 cup yogurt into the bottom each of 4 tall glasses. Add a layer of fruit and then a layer of granola. Alternate layers of yogurt, fruit, and granola until filled to the top.
  3. OPTIONAL: Some optional toppings may include cacao nibs, organic grass fed whipped cream, a sprig of mint, a sprinkle of cinnamon, an edible flower, or chia seeds!
  4. Serve immediately to keep granola crunchy!
