Creamy Tahini Quinoa Beet Recipe

 

This recipe is great for potlucks, a dinner party, or to store in your fridge for a quick and easy grab and go nutritious salad that fills you up!

Creamy Tahini Quinoa Beet Recipe
Servings
Ingredients
  • 2 cups quinoa cooked and cooled
  • 1 large head of romaine, organic diced
  • 1 small red onion, organic thinly sliced
  • 5 large roasted beets, organic red or golden, (equivalent to about 1.5 cups)
  • 1 cup organic carrots shredded
  • 1 cup organic garbanzo beans cooked and chilled
  • 2 oz goat cheese optional
  • 1 cup The Redheads Zingy Creamy Tahini

  • 2 cups quinoa cooked and cooled

  • 5 large roasted beets, organic red or golden, (equivalent to about 1.5 cups)
  • 1 cup organic carrots shredded
  • 1 cup organic garbanzo beans cooked and chilled
  • 2 oz goat cheese optional
  • 1 cup The Redheads Zingy Creamy Tahini
Instructions
  1. Mix the above ingredients and serve chilled!
  2. This will stay good for up to a few days in your fridge.
