In these 7 sessions of on line videos of me making all these Secret Recipes, you will not only get a pdf file of the recipe, but also a step by step video of me making the actual recipe or dish. So many times we can find an interesting recipes on line or in cookbooks, but alas it doesn’t turn out. Well, stop wasting your time…we have spent 25 years perfecting and making these recipes and NOW we are here to SHOW you how to add these healthy, tasty dishes to your repertoire!

MOTHER EARTH
These recipes are all plant based, which has always been a top priority on our list since we started our restaurant, Kejara’s Bridge, as well as when we started our production company, The Redheads, which had 18 different specialty products available in over 300 stores in the midwest! If we were going to mass produce products, we knew we wanted to remain committed to least amount of negative impact on our Mother Earth. The numbers are out. Eating more plant based meals is the most impactful way in keeping our air clean, our water running, and our earth’ s resources flowing.
WHOLE HEALTH
The purpose of being a part of the sustainable food cycle falls along side our commitment to feeling healthy, having energy and taking TOP care of our one and only body! The numbers are out on this as well…eating more plant based meals keeps the body running at its best, minimizing inflammation and allowing us to have less issues with our joints, our vascular systems and even can effect our moods and neurological health. We aren’t here to convert you. There is plenty of information out there about this. We just want to offer you what we feel are the best recipes to continue your journey to feeling your GREAT! Does this mean you have to be a vegan? No! You get to be you and do what you want Dammit! WE just want to be YOUR resource when you are looking to eat plant based…oh and save the planet…oh yeah, and when your looking to kick ass and take some names:)

Not only will we show you how to make these wonderful foods, we will also show you techniques and ways to always have an easy go to meal packed with flavor and goodness. Even when I was running our small production facility, using local ingredients, buying top end products and producing high quality foods, we were still “mass” producing…in a like small, not so mass way. We believe that the BEST food you can feed your body is the one YOU make. Aligning with this idea for the base of your meals, you can also save A LOT of MONEY! Packaged foods, even for stellar production companies like The Redheads, are still packaged foods and have a cost tacked on for the producer, distributor, vendor, sales team etc… With the SECRET RECIPE COLLECTION, you can skip all those costs and save money while eating clean foods that fuel you oh so well!

When we take care of ourselves, move with integrity and mindfulness, we are a better version of ourselves. A better you will lend to a better me and visa-versa and a better WE as a collective, community. We all have to balance our schedules, work, home, health.
