If you’re anything like us, you NEED your coffee in the morning. We’ve been brewing and serving coffee in our cafe for over 17 years and drinking it for far longer. That said, we know good coffee and that’s all we serve and all we drink. In our cafe and in our homes, we brew and drink fair trade organic coffee from Higher Grounds Trading Co., our local coffee roasters! Higher Grounds made up this special roast just for us! It’s certified fair trade by Fair Trade Federation and fairtradeproof.org, is USDA organic and Global Organic Alliance certified, and is roasted right here in Traverse City! A robust, rich, and full medium regular roast.
